My consistent 3-4 lbs per week went right out the window this week and I have no idea why or what I've done different that may have caused it.
The damage? 6.8lbs in a week! :-)
That brings me to 90.8lbs in 16 weeks or 6st 7.8lbs. BMI is now down to 26.27 and a total of 27.5% of my original weight lost. Just 11.2 lbs to go to my target.
To say I was shocked was an understatement. Very pleased, but shocked.
