I had a session at the gym this morning for the first time in over 3 months and I had a new program put together to help me slowly start toning up.
After nearly an hour I really felt it with muscles aching all over and actually working up a sweat for the first time in ages too. I was amazed how weak I’d become and was only able manage much lower weights than before but again that’s to be expected.
I’m going to try and go 3 times a week for the next four weeks or until I start Route To Management. Once RTM is underway I’ll get the program updated again to include some more weights.
We had a brief comedy moment before I left when I put my gym shorts on and discovered that these were for my pre-LighterLife size as they were far too big for me.
