I had my second NLP class last night and have to say I was much more receptive to the ideas and processes than last week.
I just have to go with the flow and try and stop being so analytical. I had been practicing my foveal vision and my positive anchors and although there is no sudden moment of clarity I'm just going with it.
Apparently this is a good way of tricking your unconscious mind into co-operating.
This week was all about how you think affects how you feel. For example, if you're laughing and smiling then it's very difficult to try and feel sad. I can relate to that quite easily.
We also had to write our own affirmation. Something positive about ourselves. We've then got so say this to ourselves at least 50 times a day, preferably out loud. We have to say it with conviction and in a positive way. I'm going to have a job doing that because I'll just forget. I need a way of reminding myself.
