Had quite a tough day today. It started off with me lying in bed getting all worked up and worried over something trivial and went down hill from there. I had to force myself out of bed and my anxiety was very high by the time I got to work.
It took a little while but I eventually got it under control and felt better as the day went on.
A colleague of mine has recommended speaking to an NLP (neuro linguistic programming) counsellor as they have had a lot of success using one as a "life coach". I don't know too much about NLP but if there's even a slim chance it can help then I owe it to myself to give it a try.
Made me laugh
I got home from my spinning class this evening to find Katie in the middle of a Davina workout in a very natty vest top, trainers and knickers :-)
Fair play to her for having a go though.
