It's taken me a few days to absorb this weeks counselling session. The 45 minutes usually go so quickly that the time and what we talk about becomes a blur.
This week we came to the conclusion that I have to start writing positive things down that happen during the day to strengthen my beliefs that I can do things and can cope.
I had a bit of a "wobble" on Sunday which was good as I was able to talk about it and understand why I let it take control. This week I've felt much more positive and assertive without worrying about it.
My new motorbike cam in handy when I went for my appointment as it cut the journey time from an hour down to 25 minutes.
