Last weeks session went very well again with me concentrating on stopping trying to mind read and worry about what other people "might" think about my actions.
I went over a couple of things that have been happening both at home and at work and how I've been trying to apply the positive attitude and how it is helping. I'm having to really think about things though. I guess they'll come more naturally to me as time goes on.
The main thing that came out of it was me assuming that everyone will think I'm an ogre or a failure depending on what I do. This isn't true.
I have some homework to do before the next session. I have to write down all my positive characteristics. I have to ask Katie and a work colleague too. Not sure I feel comfortable doing that.
