Apparently there's a program all about sleep on BBC 1 on Wednesday evening. Sounds riveting. Not sure whether it's supposed to be informative or just bore you to sleep :-)
Apparently eating a banana before bed is supposed to help as it contains an amino acid called tryptophan. This is a natual aid to sleep and is found in a lot of herbal anti-depressants and sleeping remedies. I'll try anything, we'll see.
