Yesterday was the first time I went out of the house since Monday. I've spent most of the week trying to sleep and failing dismally. I've probably had about 6 hours sleep all week and that was very restless.
I gave this up yesterday and tried to have as normal a day as possible and tried to make my body tired as well as just my mind. This seemed to work as I got a few more hours sleep last night. Still not an unbroken nights sleeps and still quite restless but it's better than I've had all week so I'll take it.
I feel a little better than I did a week ago but am still worrying about work and how I'm going to cope when I go back on Monday. The tablets don't seem to have kicked in yet so I now worrying in case they don't work.
