I need to get a grip with this diet. I only have a few weeks left to reach my target and it is becoming harder to keep motivated. Yesterday morning I weighed 19st 13 3/4lbs, had a good day on the diet and this morning weighed 19st 8lbs. How is it possible to lose 5 3/4lbs in a day!
I've got a hard week ahead diet wise as I'm out on Thursday evening with the guys from work and I'm working all weekend so the opportunities to eat well are minimal. I've also realised that I have little chance of losing an weight over Christmas so realisitcally if I haven't met my target before Dec 24th I'm not going to :-o
