Must have had complete brain fade yesterday as I munched my way through barbecue leftovers without even thinking of my diet. Paid for it this morning with a weigh in of 20st 4 1/2 lbs. How stupid can you get especially when I was sooo close yesterday morning. That gives me exactly 1 week to lose that 4 1/2lbs. I'm not going to do this with diet alone so a few more trips to gym are in order.
Bit more damage than I first thought
As the day went on yesterday I started to ache all over from my slip in the bathroom (which Katie thought was hilarious by the way). My right elbow is very sore and I pulled something in my left calf. Worst of all my back is killing me, it's really sore all the way up to my shoulder blades. Hopefully it's just banged and bruised but I may have to get it looked at if it keeps getting worse.
