Since I dropped my tablets down to every other day. I'm going to give it another 2 weeks and then drop to 1 every 3 days for another month.
Been feeling fine up until today when I had the first twinges of a panic attack. Managed to distance myself from it so I could think rationally and that seemed to squash it straight away. When a panic attack starts to take hold they are self propagating in that the more you think about and acknowledge the attack the worse it gets.
I'm not even sure what triggered it today. I think it may have been the amount of work I've got on at the moment and yet due to holidays and people being off I've not had chance to do anything useful all week.
