Back feels a lot better in that it doesn't hurn when I'm sitting still anymore. It still hurts when I move though. That meant no spinning for me tonight.
I'm also trying to be really good with my weightwatchers points today. I've started slipping into the habit of snacking in the evenings and this is the reason for my weight loss stalling recently. I just need to be honest with myself. I did really well at the start of this diet and just need to get it going again. It seemed to snowball at the start in that the more I lost, the better I felt and the easier it was to stick to the diet. I'm going to raise the stake though and see if I can hit my 4st weight loss before I go on holiday in August - we'll see.
