Got to get back on track

Put on 4lbs while away on holiday. Could have been much worse considering during the week we had a Burger King, a Chinese, an Indian and Fish & Chips and a few pub meals :-S. I've managed to strain my back again today so I hope that I haven't ruined my chance of getting back to my spinning class tomorrow evening. That's a major problem being so tall, your back is the weak point. It acts like a hinge between two long levers and it's easy to over stress it. I did my back originally about 8 years ago lifting a photocopier and every now and then I do something silly to strain it. Today, it was lifting 3 LCD screens in boxes at once. Stupid.
