No Internet access all weekend! Damn ntl and their cablemodems, and since when did their customer dis-service line only operate during office hours.
Finally got through to someone this morning (after 5 minutes of recorded messages telling me to reboot my cable modem and PC) only to be told I have to reboot everything in a certain order - hogwash! Usual fob off reserved for nomal broadband users who believe everything they're told. And then told they can't help me unless I'm at home.
I'll humour them and call from home later on and do what they say and then say TOLD YOU SO!. Found this number after a lot of searching on their web pages for Broadband Support 0845 650 0121
