Metaphorically speaking of course. The diet has slowed in recent weeks and I'm going to make a concerted effort to start losing the pounds again. Spinning again tonight, that's bloody hard work. I always feel like I don't want to go before hand then am always really pleased that I did go afterwards. I tend to burn between 1000-1200 calories per spinning session. If that's not motivating then nothing is.
Fitted into a pair of jeans this morning that I've not worn for at least 3 years. Also a good sign. I'm off on holiday for the spring bank holiday week and I'd like to be as close to 3 stone lost as possible. According to the scales this morning that's another 7 3/4 lbs to go.
